I have also indicated the ingredients you need to take care selecting with an asterisk* - some brands may contain that food or a derivative of it or be cross-contaminated during manufacture. Always read product labels carefully - manufacturers can change ingredients at anytime. If in doubt don't use a product or check with the manufacturer before using.
