Baked Apple

Ingredients
3 medium-sized apples
½ cup crushed cornflakes* (or alternative*)
2 tablespoons soft brown sugar
Method
Wash the apples and remove the core, leaving a section at the base of the apple in place.
Mix the crushed cornflakes and brown sugar together. Push the mix into the hole where the core was taken out.
Place in a microwave-safe dish and cook on high for approx. 10 minutes.
* Check labelled ingredient for suitability.
