Sultana Bubble Chews

Makes approx 15-20 patties.
Ingredients
½ cup sugar (or xylitol sweetener equivalent)
125g Nuttelex margarine
2 tablespoons pure honey
5 cups rice puffs*
½ cup natural sultanas
Method
Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
Place paper patty cases on two baking trays.
Lightly spray the pattie cases with olive or canola spray.
Combine sugar, margarine and honey in a saucepan over low
heat, and stir until sugar dissolved.
Combine rice bubbles and sultanas in a medium-sized bowl.
Stir through the margarine ensuring that the rice bubbles and
sultanas are evenly coated.
Spoon the mixture into patty cases.
Bake for approximately 5 minutes or until light golden brown.
* Check labelled ingredient for suitability.
