Baked Bananas

Serves 1-2

WF = wheat free
GF  = gluten free
DF  = dairy free
EF  = egg free
SF  = soy free
CF  = corn free
NF  = nut free
FF  = fish free
V  = vegetarian

Ingredients
2 large firm bananas
1 tablespoon brown sugar (optional)
2 tablespoons fresh pecan nuts, halved (optional)

Method
Pre-Heat oven to 180°C.
Place the bananas in their skins on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20-30 minutes or until the banana peel goes black and remove from oven.
Carefully remove bananas from their skins (hot bananas can stick to their skin so be careful, very hot).  Place into one or two dishes, either whole or sliced into pieces.
Sprinkle the soft brown sugar and pecan nuts on top.  Leave for a few minutes for the sugar to melt slightly.
Serve.
