Ingredients
125g all purpose flour
65g cornstarch
60g confectioners' sugar
335g Nuttelex margarine
 

Method
Pre-heat oven to 150°C.
In a medium bowl, stir together flour, cornstarch and confectioners' sugar.
Cut in the margarine and mix until a dough forms.
Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place them on an unprepared cookie sheet.  Flatten each ball slightly, using the back of a fork to make a criss-cross pattern on each ball.
Place into oven and bake for approximately 20 minutes, until edges are golden brown.
Remove from oven and cool.
Serve.
