Garlic Cauliflower

WF = wheat free
GF = gluten free
DF = dairy free

V = vegetarian
Ingredients
1 small cauliflower
1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
1 pinch paprika (optional)
pepper to taste (optional)
Method
In large pot bring 2 litres of water to the boil.
Rinse and trim cauliflower and break into flowerettes.
Place cauliflower flowerettes into pot of boiling water and cook for
approximately 2 minutes.
Remove from stove and drain in colander.
In a large non-stick fry pan heat oil on medium-to-high heat.
Add garlic and quickly brown.
Add cauliflower to pan and sesame seeds and sauté for 1 minute.
Remove from stove and serve immediately.
* Dust with optional paprika and pepper to taste.
