Non-Dairy Hot Cocoa

WF = wheat free
GF = gluten free
DF = dairy free
EF = egg free

Ingredients
1/2 cup (120mL) water
6 tablespoons (75g) sugar (or xylitol sweetener)
dash salt
1/2 cup (50g) unsweetened cocoa
3 cups (720mL) soy milk*
1/2 teaspoon (3mL) pure vanilla extract* Method
Blend water, sugar, cocoa and salt together in a medium
saucepan. Gradually bring mixture to boil.
Stir until sugar and cocoa are completely dissolved, approximately 1
minute. Turn down heat to low.
Add into saucepan soy drink and vanillla. Heat thoroughly, stirring
occassionally but do not boil.
Remove from heat and serve
