Corn Spiral Pasta with Salmon and Lemon 'Butter' Sauce

Ingredients
1 packet Orgran Corn Spiral Pasta
70g broccoli, broken into small florettes
70g fine green beans, trimmed and halved
70g fresh asparagus tips, trimmed
40g Nuttelex margarine
½ teaspoon finely grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
4 tablespoons (60mL) white wine*
1 teaspoon of pure honey
2 teaspoons corn (maize) flour
4 tablespoons (60mL) cold water
100g fresh skinless salmon* pin-boned, cut into 1 cm thick strips
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Method
Cook pasta according to directions on the packet adding vegetables
halfway through cooking.
Melt margarine in a small saucepan and stir in wine, honey, lemon rind
and juice and cook until honey has dissolved.
Mix cornflour with the water and stir into the lemon mixture.
Bring to boil, stirring continuously until sauce thickens slightly.
Stir in salmon strips, cover and simmer for 2 minutes.
* Check labelled ingredients for suitability.
