WF = wheat free
GF  = gluten free
DF  = dairy free
EF  = egg free
SF  = soy free
CF  = corn free
NF  = nut free
FF  = fish free
V    = vegetarian

Ingredients
½ cup (125 mL) fructose (more for sweeter cookies) 
1 cup white rice flour*
1/3 cup potato starch 
1/6 cup tapioca flour 
½ tsp guar gum 
½ cup cocoa powder*
2 heaped teaspoons wheat-free/gluten-free baking powder (Ward's brand)
½ teaspoons salt 
½ cup (125mL) sunflower oil
2 heaped teaspoons Orgran No Egg Egg Replacer mixed with six tablespoons water
2 tsp vanilla essence*
2 jars baby fruit (such as plum or apple)* 
½ cup chopped nuts (optional)

Method
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Combine dry ingredients.
Combine wet ingredients. 
Stir dry into wet. 
Stir in nuts. 
Drop tablespoonfuls of mixture onto baking sheets. 
Bake for 10 minutes or until slightly browned. 
Cool on wire rack.
