Date Pudding

Ingredients
4 cups milk
230g pitted dates
2 tablespoons maple syrup
4 tablespoons cornstarch
2 eggs
Method
Place all ingredients into blender. Blend until dates are
coarsely chopped.
Remove mixture from blender and pour into a large heavy saucepan.
Cook over low heat until mixture thickens.
Remove from stove and pour into dessert glasses and chill.
