Eggless Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups plain flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup castor sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
5 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup cold water
1/3 cup chocolate chips*

Method
Pre-heat oven to 175°C. Whilst oven heating grease 8x8 inch cake tin.
In a bowl combine flour, salt, sugar, cocoa powder and baking soda and mix well with a fork.
Stir into mixture the oil, vinegar and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Once mixed thoroughly pour in wager and stir until smooth.
Add chocolate chips.
Pour mixture into cake tin and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool on cake rack.

Suggestion: Add mixed berries and dust with icing sugar.
