This recipe kindly provided by Orgran.

Ingredients
1 packet Orgran Corn and Vegetable Shells (or pasta of choice*)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 medium onions, peeled and finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
fresh chilli (to taste)
1 large tin (800g) peeled chopped tomatoes
150g pitted black olives*
salt and fresh ground black pepper
parmesan cheese*, grated (optional)
garnish - roughly chopped flat-leaf (Italian) parsley
 

Method
Cook pasta according to instructions on the packet and drain.
Heat oil in a large shallow saucepan over a low heat.  Add the onion, garlic and chilli and brown lightly.
Add the chopped tomatoes and olives.
Cook covered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Season to taste.
Add pasta to the sauce and stir gently to coat and warm through. 
Serve immediately garnished with parsley, freshly ground black pepper and parmesan cheese* (optional).
