Allergyblock.com has selected Fastway Couriers and Australia Post to deliver your goods quickly, efficiently and at the most reasonable costs to you.

Fastway Couriers has an extensive road delivery network that services most Australian cities and towns inclusive of some rural and remote areas. In selected distant, remote and/or rural areas we select Australia Post who is then able to provide door-to-door delivery service of your parcel/s.

If you do not receive your order within a period of fourteen (14) days thereafter placing your order online please contact us immediately as otherwise it becomes virtually impossible to track your parcel thus not enabling us the opportunity to locate and onforward your parcel. Therefore additional product and delivery costs must be incurred by us. We request that it be the purchaser/shopper's responsibility to contact us within that fourteen (14) day time period if they have not received their delivery. Thereafter the onus is on the purchaser to take responsibility as we will not be responsible for parcels not being received in particular if no attempted contact is made directly us to endeavour to assist in locating the purchaser's (your) parcel.

Fastway Courier Service
Your goods will be dispatched the next business day after placing your order. If you are not home at the time of delivery, Fastway Courier Service will always leave a notice and contact telephone details to re-arrange a more suitable time for delivery.

Australia Post Service
Your goods will be dispatched the next business day after placing your order. If you are not home at the time of delivery a note will be left by Australia Post requesting collection of your parcel/s at the nearest Australia Post Office.  Please refer to Australia Post's Terms and Conditions by clicking HERE.

Fastway Couriers provide a tracking service in which you can successfully track your parcel/s.  Upon receiving your order and processing payment from you, we shall provide to you by way of email your sole tracking number.  To access the tracking feature, please refer to Fastway Courier's website by clicking HERE or alternatively on our 'links page'.

International Shipping

International purchases will be advised of TNT Global Express rates together with approximate delivery time. We will endeavour to contact all clients within 24 hours to reconfirm purchase with rates quoted for delivery.

Returns and refunds

We are dedicated in providing you with the highest quality goods. If you find that any goods were damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation. If warranted, we will provide you with a credit towards your next order for the purchase price of the damaged goods. We will organise for the return of goods, if credit is provided.

Returns will not be accepted 24 hours after you receive the goods.
