Allergyblock.com Shopping Policy

Price

All prices are in Australian dollars. Store prices do not include GST. 

GST will be indicated on orders if it applies to the products you have purchased and if we are shipping to an Australian address. The total amount you will be charged will be displayed before you commit to payment. 

You can obtain a Tax Invoice from the store at any time by signing in with your relevant email and password for any order you place with us.

Payments

Payments can be made by VISA, Mastercard or Bankcard (Australian customers only) credit cards, money orders and direct debit deposit into our account in Australian dollars.

Credit card payments can be placed online or via phone or fax. Money orders must be sent in with order details by post. Full contact details of Allergyblock.com will be supplied appropriately upon you finalising your order and selecting the Money Order payment option.

For overseas shoppers, we shall endeavour to provide you with a shipping quotation within the first 24 hours of your order.

Delivery Information

We deliver Australia wide for all non-refrigerated products. See Shipping & Returns. If you do not receive your order within a period of fourteen (14) days thereafter placing your order online please contact us immediately as otherwise it becomes virtually impossible to track your parcel thus not enabling us the opportunity to locate and onforward your parcel. Therefore additional product and delivery costs must be incurred by us. We request that it be the purchaser/shopper's responsibility to contact us within that fourteen (14) day time period if they have not received their delivery. Thereafter the onus is on the purchaser to take responsibility as we will not be responsible for parcels not being received in particular if no attempted contact is made directly us to endeavour to assist in locating the purchaser's (your) parcel.

This policy also assists in Allergy Block in keeping their delivery costs down as of course, if lots of parcels get lost  then we must increase our delivery costs to include insurance on every parcel sent out which would 'sky rocket' delivery fees throughout Australia.

Out of Stock Policy

On the rare occasion when we are unable to provide a specific product we will endeavour to contact you. On your advice, we will hold your order until stock arrives or provide you with credit towards your next order.
