Willow Confectionery have now proudly launched
their connoisseurs chocolate range as follows:
FULL CREAM MILK CHOCOLATE
RICH DARK CHOCOLATE
CREAMY WHITE CHOCOLATE
The chocolates bars taste the way that chocolate
should taste and are exceptionally presented in 20 gram bars.
There is also the New Wildlife Milk Chocolate
Bars which have an Australian animal imprinted on each bar and on each wrapper.
Each packet weighs 160g.
The Rich Dark Cooking Chocolate comes in 100g
bars and has become very popular for baking, breaking up for chocolate chips and
melting for icing!

Confectionery being an Australian family owned chocolate manufacturer produces
chocolate in a nut free manufacturing plant, the source ingredients,
manufacturing equipment and finished chocolate bars are externally tested to
ensure they are free from both peanuts and tree nuts. Furthermore each bar is
individually wrapped to alleviate the possibility of cross-contamination.
In the creation,
Willow Confectionery has increased the cocoa content and decreased the sugar
content of the chocolate bars and the fat content is now made up of a
significant amount of the "good" unsaturated fats.
